BERKELEYBLACK-OUT.COM -
NEW FEEDBACK PAGE
Entry for March 21, 2008

My sincere thanks to you all for the support, advice and help you have provided to me in the first 40 days of berkeleyblakcout.com. As of yesterday Thursday March 20, 2008, a total of 147,277 people have browsed berkeleyblacout.com, 2/3 of which are U.S. residents. It is pleasing to note however that berkeleyblackout.com recorded 99,135 new visitors from 65 western nations in the month of March 2008 alone.

I can only hope that berkeleyblackout.com will caution and bring a breeze of change to those flagrant law breakers. I am certain that this will be a humbling reminder to those who wished no one ever confront their wrongdoings so they may continue their dirty, gruesome illegitimate acts that no one is above the laws of the land.  It is my humble wish that all and sundry will remember that bigotry and dehumanization of the individual constitutes a breach of the constitution of the United States of America and violates the basic concepts of fundamental human rights.

As we approach the Holy weekend, it is my belief that you will continue to reflect on how to make UC Berkeley a more accommodating environment for people of color and the handicapped.

Please do not forget to post your comment, and continue to refer Berkeleybalckout.com to family and friends.

Best wishes.

You seem to be a Christian, is there any way you can forget the alleged wrongdoings to show the supposed "wrongdoers" that you are better than them? I know it is tough especially when you have been verbally and mentally abused. I am just asking, I am not advising you to forgo the legal actions or suggesting anything other than the basic Christian tenets.

I am a member of the 2003/2004 EPM class; I am surprised that Kiki did not see the obvious reasons why he was treated rashly. I must admit that his dismissal and the acclaimed neglect have nothing to do with academic performance, or racial reasons.
The faculties may now deny what I am going to say, but they know it is true.

Kiki's problem started as a matter of misconception before he arrived at Berkeley. The faculties wrongly construed him as one of those Nigerian scammers. It is an open secret that Kiki responded to a bait Nigerian scam email allegedly sent by an EPM faculty. Kiki is probably the only student in that class that was not aware of his impending dismissal, I heard from faculties’ way before the comp. exams.

From my interaction with Kiki, he is not a fraudulent person, he detest those email scammers with a passion. I had the opportunity to ask his view on the Nigerian scam emails, he told me he normally bait the scammer into trouble by requesting the scammer contact him at a Police Department, or FBI telephone number.

Did Bob Bea verbally beat up on Kiki? The answer is yes. I was not in Bob's class but the students in Bob’s 290 class freely discussed it. From what I heard Kiki endured a lot of verbal shit from Bob.

Kiki does not strike me as a fighter; I am so surprised to learn about this huge fight back.

This is so unbelievable! Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, it makes sense that he was ignored as claimed, and that he was rejected. Let's hope the court and the judge does not see him in the same light.

Absolute bull crap, how else would anyone characterize national origin discrimination? It is not as if he was caught sending any scam email. Anyone could have responded to those emails including the much said faculty that sent the email. It is fair then to say the Faculties were not comfortable with his admission, how many white students were baited with what may be construed as a white man's perversion?

Bea should face the consequences of his perjury. Allowing Bea to walk of is a complete mockery of the American laws and a grand compromise of the California legal system.
