Support

Berkeley Black-Out.Com
I humbly request you to support the eradication of discrimination and dehumanization of students of color
at the University of California at Berkeley because it is an illegitimate act which directly reduces the
population of students of color at Berkeley. On the other hand, it results in the provision of academic
services that is not equitable, it affects the quality of education and academic experience that a student of
color enjoys while at Berkeley. Over and above all, it ultimately deprives tax payers the benefits of their
taxes.

Please help compel the Regents of University of California, and the authorities at Berkeley that necessity
is placed on them by law to provide an educational and learning environment that is free, fair, and
equitable for all students regardless of creed, color, race, age, race, and/or nationality. Show your support
by posting a comment on this site, and/or referring this website to someone that you think can help, or an
agency with legitimate authority to effect a change, or by donating.
You can help or provide support in the following ways:

  • Speak up and help remind the Regents of
University of California that the world is
    watching.

  • Refer or recommend a good attorney that may
    give this action more visibility.

  • If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area of
    California, attend a court hearing

  • Write to your local radio and television  to help
publicize this matter. You may write to you local
senator, representative or the judiciary as well.
If you have the means you may help create a
voice for this action in government circles.
I want you to remember, that there are only two options. The first is to accept and embrace bigotry as a norm of life, and walk away
silently in fear. This is exactly what the
University of California at Berkeley and people like Iris D. Tommelein and Robert Glenn Bea
wants. The obvious danger in this option is that it empowers discrimination and other forms of hate crimes. It will help oil and propel
the vicious wheels of discrimination, harassment, and dehumanization, it will ultimately nourish bigotry to a bigger monster.

The other option is to stand up and support this cause, spiritually, morally, and legally. Please refer this website to your friends,
coworkers, family members and even your church members. Please pray for me, even while nothing is perfect on earth, the seeming
futility and peril of standing up against bigotry will not bow my head.

Consider, at the beginning, the judge was an African American; she presided over the writ of mandate until a certain time when she
was suddenly removed from the case without providing any notification. The new judge, was white and male, he wasted no time to
jettison a good cause.

No matter how tough it seems today, I believe with your support discrimination and dehumanization of people of color will be a thing of
history at the
University of California at Berkeley. If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area of California, please find time to attend any of
the Court hearings, in the past, I have been the only person of color in Court whenever this case is motioned for hearing.

The defendants are superstars, they are rich, popular and highly connected, they have thousands of lobbyists working for them
everywhere, in the media, courthouses and the government houses, please help provide a voice for the voiceless, please help me
give the University of California at Berkeley a reason to abolish racial, color, and national origin discrimination, and bring an end to the
dehumanization of people of color.

Remember, a loud chorus of anti bigotry is all that it takes to bring the well oiled machineries of bigotry to a grinding halt at Berkeley,
thank you.
